Princess Blog Hop

HELLO!

Welcome to my blog and the Princess Blog Hop.  If you happen to stumble upon my Blog and would like to play along please do so by starting at Sylvia's blog over at www.bellascrapbookdesigns.blogspot.com

For my 1st project.  I created a princess invitations.  For the base of my card I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cartridge.  I cut it at 10x7.  I scored on either side to make this a 5x7 gatefold card.  I then used the Once Upon a Princess Cartridge for the adorable little princess dress.  i double matted it and used a MS punch to the bottom.  I tied it all up with a pink organza bow.

For my 2nd project I decided to make a digital invitation, cupcake toppers and tags.  The invitation is 5x7.  The toppers are 1.5".  Use a punch adhere them to a scallop circle and lollipop stick and voila!  An adorable assortment of cupcake toppers.  As for the tag....it is 2" and can easily be adhered to a scallop circle.  punch a hole through it and add ribbon to tie around treat bags or simply adhere to treat boxes.

Thank you for visiting my blog, your next stop on this blog hop is Faith at Faithfule Creations

Lets go Surfing!!!!

Hi Crafty Friends!
Who wants to go surfing?  With the hot weather these days I wouldn't mind wiping out on a wave.  Check out these adorable tags.  I created them on my computer, printed them and adhered them to coordinating orange card stock.  I loved these so much that I'm now in the process of making all the coordinating party decorations to sell on Etsy.  If you want to visit my store click on the link located on the top left side bar of the blog.

These are the cutest cookies!  I was so happy to see my
tags on them.  The cookies are from
SUGAR CRUSH   Awesome cookies
and cupcakes!!  You can also like them
on Facebook

This is the packaging I put the 60 tags in.
After looking at it I thought about how cute
these would look as treat bags.

Have a great day!!

Cute Baby Shower Favors

Hi!  Happy Wednesday...I can see the weekend already!!!  I wanted to show you these adorable baby shower favors I made.  I don't typically make these.  I try to stick to paper crafting but it seems that my little business is taking a turn.  I'm becoming more of a one stop shop.....I'm so grateful for all the business and great people I've been meeting along the way.  Everyday I learn something new.   So I purchased the clear boxes, frosted votive candles and adorable pink and brown polka dot ribbon.  I created the labels on my "GIMP" software and punched them out with a 2inch punch.

  Have a great week!!!

Update on Princess Leah/Collecting cards for Leah and Madison

hello,
If you've been following my blog you'll know that a while back ago I posted about my best friend's niece.  She has an "unidentified" condition and has been in the hospital since almost birth.  Teams of doctors have studied her to no avail.  She's had several surgeries, has been pinched, prodded and had all sorts of treatment.   She's been given more medication than any human should endure.  All this and they still can't figure out what is wrong.  To give you the short story about her recent progress.....Leah was actually able to go home.  She would have nurses and be attached to machinery but would be "home"  So her parents all of a sudden had to rent a bigger apartment. (they're previous one was only a one bedroom and they were planning on getting a bigger one but not this quick.)  Leah has to be attached to certain equipment that would require she have her own room.  The day they bring Leah home, their kitchen catches fire.  Thankfully, no one was hurt and they were able to get out before Leah inhaled smoke.  Dad was able to put out the fire Phew!!  That night she was going in for a sleep study..She went home the next day and developed a fever.  Leah is now in the hospital again for at least another week.  Check out Leah's blog.  Its the longer version of her story.  The Princess Leah Diaries

I along with Zeni from ScrappyZeni have started collecting cards our crafty friends.  if you're interested in making a card for Leah and Madison (see here story here)   Please mail them to:
