ALL DAY CROP/GARAGE SALE fundraiser to benefit "Lisa's Journey"

  Hello Friends,
Was hoping to get this out sooner....

Would like to let everyone know that  my children's school will be hosting a garage sale this Saturday, May 22nd.  If you would like to donate anything or browse around please contact me or feel free to pass by the school located at SW 124th Avenue and 104th Street in Kendall.  All proceeds will be going to benefit Lisa Gil.

Lisa is a teacher at the school and was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.  At only 24 years old and recently married she has her whole life ahead of her.  She is a beautiful  and caring person.  Lisa has touched so many lives.   I don't know what I would of done without her forM's first year of school.

There will also be an ALL Day crop hosted by one of the teachers. It's $30 and includes lunch and dinner.  There will be tons of raffles and prizes.  I will be participating in this crop so I hope to be creating some stuff to share with you.  If you would like to participate please let me know.  All proceeds will also be going to Lisa.

More Letters

Hello Everyone!! Hope you are all having a nice week.  I've been a little busy these days. Been working on a Baby Shower book for someone.  Can't wait to get it done and show you some pics.  Its adorable.  In the meantime, here are a couple of other letters I made for my other son's teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week.  Enjoy!!

I can't get enough of these butterflies.  Used my Cricut - Gypsy Wanderings cartridge and embossed it with my Cuttlebug then added a little bit of Stickles to give it some bling.  The paper is from gcd studios-Chanti Collection.  I chalked all around it then stamped the swirls all over it.  The flower is from my flower stash.  Added a tiny bit of Martha Stewart white rik rak ribbon.  The tag is from a box of 100 that I bought at staples.  I chalked around it and stamped the sentiment using My Pinker Stamper stamp set.
