VROOM VROOM!! Who's ready to race?

Hello!  On your mark, get set, GO!!!  I really had fun doing this theme.

This was also from a party I did back in September.  Wow, it's been 2 months and I'm posting it now.

a few of the things...napkin rings, thank you tags and random
circle tags to be  placed on different things

This was my first time making napkin rings.  No one had
ever requested them and it had never occurred to me.  I
love how they turned out and how great they look positioned
on the tables.

Table set up for the kids
Banner was partially store bought.  I added the big red
circles and letters to it.  I was a bit weary about the look of
it but I'd say it came out great.  If you look closely you
will see the tags strategically place in different areas of the table
Candy station with ribbon and tags added.

These were the centerpieces used.

Have a great day and a wonderful weekend!!

Christmas is coming!!! I can't believe I'm getting caught up...

Did I just write "I'm getting caught up"  It's a lie!  I got excited for a brief moment because it's the beginning of November and I actually have something Christmas related to post.  I'm selling Digital Photo Christmas cards this year and wanted to start showcasing a few of the designs I have made already.  I hope to make quite a bit more as well as hand-made.  If you're interested or know anyone that may be interested send them my way....

Who wants to be a princess?

Good Morning Friends,
I made these adorable princess toppers last week for a 5 year old girl.  I have two boys.  Girly things are few and far between in my world so these were fun.  I was so excited that I threw in a couple of princess wands to the order.  One for the birthday girl and one for her little sister.  The digi artwork is from Baby Star Designs.  I made the wands using plantain schoolbook.  I first cut out the stars from chipboard then cute them out on glitter paper and adhered them to the chipboard.  I then made rosettes for one side of the wands.  After attaching those (phew, that took forever!) I glued a 1" circle to the center but first I embossed it with my Cuttlebug using the divine swirls folder.  I then grabbed some glue and dabbed it over all the swirls.  I used some Martha Stewart glitter and TA DA!!! The wands came to life.  Nothing like bling on a wand.  The other side of the wands I put their names on a 2.5" white circle.  I hot glued the stars to some giant lollipop sticks and tied ribbon around them. I also added some stickles here and there to give it even more bling.   Enjoy!!

have a great day!!

AARRGGG!! It's another pirate party

Hello Me Hearties,
Yep it's me again.  I'm finally getting around to posting all my creations.  It's so busy around here that I can't find time to get on blogger like I use to.  Here's a great pirate party theme I did back in September.  I really do love these pirate digi images I found from Woofy World.   For the pirate banner I used the locker talk cartridge and cute the circles out using my imagine stock images.  Most of the other pirate decor was made using my GIMP software and my printer.  For the princess wand I cut chipboard with my cricut using plantain schoolbook and then cut out additional stars on glitter paper.  I then made rosettes to adhere to one side of the wand.  I added a 1" circle to the center and embossed it with divine swirls.  I then went

Have ye self a great day!!

Post Halloween

Hello,
I never seem to get my halloween treats posted on my blog until after the pumpkins, witches and monsters are gone.  I ordered these yummy chocolate covered oreos and candy filled pumpkin boxes  from my friend Jessica.  Check out her Facebook at JC Chocolates  They were delicious!!!  I made the cute tags from some free printables I found on the internet. (can't remember where i found them.  I hate that....i always like to give credit where credit is due)  I adhered them to a purple 2.5" circle and then hot glued them onto the tops of the treats.  THE KIDS LOVED THEM!!!!  The teachers were thrilled with their pumpkin boxes too.

HOPE YOU HAD A HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Have a great day!!!

It's all about football and superhero cupcake toppers.

Hello,
I know I haven't posted much lately.  October is a busy month.  My boys birthdays are 9 days apart.  I had a little something for each of them in their classrooms, then my oldest is in football.  Had another little something then.  Finally had a few friends and family join us for a little party at Boomers (arcade, go karts, mini-golf).   Here are a few pics of the toppers with their cupcakes.  The first ones are for my now 5 year old Gabe.  He's a superhero freak!!   The second set is my now 7 year old Manny.  He lives and breathes football!!!! He loves the Dolphins, UM and his team the Warriors.  (a bit insane for a seven year old)

A big thank you to Cake Creations and Annie's Cupcakes.

Also made these toppers with my son's football team colors
and his jersey number.
