Graduation Card using my scraps

Hello!  Happy Sunday!  Its been pretty drab here lately.  Rain Rain Go Away the kids need to go out and play.  On the upside,  I have been able to do a little crafting.  Here is one of the cards I made.  Best thing was making it out of left over scraps.  (I hate to waste paper so I have tons of scrap in a bin)  GOING GREEN!!  Saving paper, saves trees!  Anyhow, I was going to wait until next week to post this but I couldn't help myself.  It came out so cute.  I'm sure when she reads this she'll know its for her.    YES it's a pink graduation cap with a glitter tassel.  HOW GIRLY IS THAT!!! I used my Locker Talk cartridge to cut out the cap at 3"  then shadowed it in brown.  Ran it through the Cuttlebug and used the Stylized Flowers folder to emboss it.  The tassel is done using the layers feature on the Cricut and I used some left over white card stock from DCWV Glitter Stack. (great pack..i got it at Target.  It comes in a bunch of different colors.  It's very thick so I had to use my multi-cut function to get the image cut out.  Then used my Martha Stewart punch on the pink border.  The sentiment is from the My Pink Stamper stamp set.  Enjoy!  If you have any questions let me know.  Have a great day!
