Mother's Day Blog Hop

Hello!  Welcome to our Mother's Day blog hop hosted by Jamie (Crafty Girl 21).  We are making some great projects to inspire you to make some beautiful crafts for whomever you cherish on Mother's Day.

If you're coming here from Helen's blog (Crafting Cricut Mom) then you're on the right track.
Your next stop is Jennifer at Crafty Card Gallery

I decided to make two projects for this hop.  They were so much fun to make!

My first one is a 5x7 canvas I decided to cover with
paper and add a mat for a photo.  I added some prima
flowers and ribbon from my stash.
The patterned papers are from the DCWV Blossoms and
Butterflies stack!!!

For this project I decided to get a little more
creative.  I had this old floating frame
that I've never used.  I opened it up
and added the brown and pink
polk-a-dot ribbon along with the photo
mats.  I used my MS punch for the
edge.  On the outside front part of the frame.  I
added the chipboard letters to spell out "Mother"
I then made a few rosettes and added them
around to give it more detail.  I love
how this came out.  it can be for either a grandmother
or a mother.  with pictures of the kids and/or
grandkids.  I used the same paper stack for this project.

GIVEAWAY!!

What's a hop without some blog candy!  I don't have a photo of my giveaway.  Its a set of clear stamps.  Will try to post a photo of them as soon as possible.  To be eligible for the giveaway please leave me a comment on this post.  You're not required to be a follower but it would be nice.  Enjoy the rest of the hop!!!

If you get lost along the way.  Here;s the blog roll.
